Having rented boats for many years, I can say that was my worst experience yet. With one of the two motors not functioning, we were left stranded without fuel in the middle of the day. Shockingly, the customer support not only refused to help but also falsely claimed we had damaged the motor to the rescue team, despite it already being broken. They did this to avoid charges for the rescue, even though they could have provided us with another boat initially. For your safety and to prevent a ruined day, I strongly advise against using their services.

I had a great rental experience with Click&Boat. The platform is easy to use and the boat was just perfect for our cruise in Barcelona! Also, we had to modify the date before the cruise and the customer support responded very fast. I highly recommend :)

Even I am skipper, with intermediate experience, I hade to accept skippers boat; OK! but, I made the route, witch was changed by the skipper 5 times in 2 days; so we "visit "Formentera 2 times, just navigate( not sails) with fuel consumtion-even the wind was favorable

I paid 1000 Euros for rental of the boat in Italy. My booking was cancelled because of the weather conditions. I didn’t get my money back since 5 weeks. Nobody answers my emails. I am going to report this company to the police.

Absolutely disappointed of this company… I rented a boat with 2 months in advance, paid in full on their website with only a balance to be paid after of 113 euros. It was until the day of the chapter already on board that Giuseppe send me a link to make a payment of 700 euros more, I sent him my invoice provided by the company which clearly specify the total amount paid with only a pending amount of 113 euros remaining but he insisted that I needed to pay 700 euros. The captain didn’t take me back to the marina until I paid the 700 euros because at this point I was scared and in the middle of the ocean. Valid to mention that I returned 2 hours early due to this inconvenience. Definitely disputing this charge. But the inconvenient and the bad experience was just disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Very good service to rent a boat. There is a lot of choice. And a lot of nice services like insurance against bad weather, damage to the boat etc.

This site is really useful and I love it. The team is implicated with a good level of communication. Nevertheless few improvements are still missing (I have already done a previous rating). The most problematic aspect is the fact that the price firstly displayed for a research is quite always different (and cheaper of course) than the price displayed after clicking on a offer. So you have more or less to do your own database to know who is cheating or not. It's just so painless! Second point is the record of research. Actually you have to reset every time your research. Those two points will just divided by 5 or 6, the time of research.
